• Manage and develop a talented team of teaching and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment 

• Engage with the school’s board of governors to drive the school’s development and ensure the highest standards of education 

• Promote the school’s ethos and values within the local community, strengthening partnerships and increasing the school’s profile
