Core Responsibilities

• Address customer questions about products, services, and orders.
• Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Offer accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Take and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or any other related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Experience in a retail environment is an added advantage.
• Must reside in Ikoyi or its environs (onsite role).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Salary

NGN 150,000 monthly
