The remains of late singer Ifunanya Nwangene have been laid to rest in her hometown in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State, weeks after her shocking de.ath.
The young artiste lost her life after she was bitten by a snake at her residence in Abuja. The incident, which occurred on January 31, 2026, sparked an outpouring of grief online, with fans and colleagues expressing disbelief over the sudden loss.
Her de.ath was later confirmed at the Federal Medical Centre in Abuja, bringing a painful end to the hopes of many who had followed her rising career in music.
