  • Water Supply Restoration: Revived the long-abandoned water schemes (like the 9th Mile and Oji River schemes) to increase the water production capacity for Enugu metropolis from an occasional 2 million litres to a reported 120 million litres per day.
  • Completion of Legacy Projects: Completed the long-abandoned Enugu International Conference Centre, transforming it into a modern, multi-functional facility.
