Responsibilities

• Translate clients’ briefs into conceptual designs.
• Develop detailed working drawings and specifications post-project acquisition.
• Supervise site implementation in line with design directives.
• Create 3D images and virtual tour videos using Auto-CAD, SketchUp, and other tools.
• Conduct client meetings for project updates and feedback incorporation.
• Prepare general arrangement drawings and construction schedules.
• Collaborate with construction professionals and regulatory bodies for compliance.
• Monitor project costs including materials and labor to maintain budget accuracy.
• Provide progress reports to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Assist in design proposal presentations and material selection.
• Resolve project-related issues and adapt plans as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to architectural research.
