Peter Mbah attended several universities and institutions for his education. His alma mater includes:

• University of East London (U.K.): Where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree.
• Lagos State University: Where he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Maritime and Commercial Law.
• Nigerian Law School: Where he was awarded the Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) and was called to the Nigerian Bar.
• University of Navarra (IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain): Where he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
• University of Oxford (Saïd Business School): Where he obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation.

He is also an alumnus of the Chief Executive Programme at the Lagos Business School and has attended executive programmes at institutions like Stanford Business School and Harvard Business School. Additionally, he has received an honorary doctorate degree from Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu.
